| 摘 要： | 植物组织培养技术作为一种科研手段，发展异常迅猛。本文回顾了植物组织培养的基本原理、培养基、以及各种激素的作用机理和培养方法，简述了离体无性系快速繁殖与无毒化、植物育种、遗传物质的保存及植物次生代谢物的生产等组织培养技术在应用研究领域所获得的突破。
