摘    要:对新疆天然分布的两种锦鸡儿属植物种子特性、在不同变温条件下的种子萌发特点及种子萌发期的耐盐性进行了研究.结果表明,5℃/2℃低温完全抑制了种子的萌发,温度的升高对种子萌发具有明显的促进作用,草原锦鸡儿与狭叶锦鸡儿种子萌发的最适变温均为30℃/15℃.盐胁迫条件下,两种锦鸡儿种子发芽率、发芽指数与盐浓度之间存在着显著的负...

Abstract:This paper investigated the specific properties of the seeds of two species of Caragana from Xinjiang,the characteristics of their germination under different heterothermic conditions and the salt tolerance at their germination stage.The results indicated that: Low temperature(5 ℃/2 ℃) completely suppressed seed germination of two speceis of Caragana.Temperature elevation can obviously promote the seed germination.The optimal temperature of seed germination for C.pumila and C.stenophylla is 30 ℃/15 ℃.Under the conditions of salt stress,there were significant negative relationships between seed germination rate of two species of Caragana and salinity.NaCl solution stress lower than 0.3 mol/L had little influence on seed germination of two species of Caragana.When the ungerminated seeds of Caragana in NaCl solution were transfered into distilled water,the seeds of Caragana still had a certain germination ability.Their germination rate was decreased with the increase of NaCl solution concentration.The salt tolerance of C.stenophylla at germination stage were a little stronger than that of C.pumila.The salt tolerance ability of the seeds at germination stage and salt content in habitat soil were basically consistent with each other.
