不同培养液和温度诱导球孢白僵菌BF菌株产酶特性的研究

摘    要:分别采用Folin-酚法和DNS法对球孢白僵菌BF菌株在不同培养液、不同温度下产蛋白酶和几丁质酶的活性进行了研究。结果表明,白僵菌在3种不同的培养液中均能产生蛋白酶和几丁质酶。30℃以下时,以明胶培养液中产蛋白酶的活性最高(28℃时为127.09 U);30℃以上时,以虫尸粉培养液产酶活性最高(35℃时为133.51 U);球孢白僵菌在胶体几丁质中诱导几丁质酶的效果最好,其中30℃时酶活性最高(2.91 U);其次为虫尸粉培养液,在28℃时酶活性最高(1.44 U);细粉几丁质培养液的诱导效果在5个温度下都是最差;温度高于30℃时,这3种培养液诱导的几丁质酶活性都非常低。

Abstract:The activity of proteases and chitinases of Beauveria bassiana(Bals.) Vuill.BF strain were studied under the different culture mediums and temperatures by folin-phenol method and DNS method respectively.The results showed that two enzymes could be produced in all culture mediums and the activity of enzymes was different in different culture environment.The activity of protease was the highest in gelatin medium under the temperature of 28 ℃(127.09 U),also in larva medium under 35 ℃(133.51 U).The highest chitinase activity was induced in colloidal chitin medium at 30 ℃(2.91 U),and secondly was in larva powder medium at 28 ℃(1.44 U).Chitin powder medium induced very low enzyme activity at all five different temperatures.The chitinase activities were all very low in all three mediums while the temperature over 30 ℃.
