摘    要:菜心产品集绿叶、嫩茎、花薹于一体,其采后生理和保鲜技术具有特殊性。随着菜心在国内外市场需求量和栽培面积的日益增多,菜心的贮运保鲜问题越来越显得重要。本文结合目前有关菜心产品的研究情况,对其采后生理与贮运保鲜技术的研究进展进行了概述。
