| 摘 要： | 研究了采用索氏提取法,以乙醚作为溶剂提取臭椿树皮的植物提取物,对米象、锯谷盗、赤拟谷盗、小眼书虱的控制作用.结果表明:臭椿树皮提取物对米象、锯谷盗、赤拟谷盗、小眼书虱均有较强的驱避作用,对米象具有较强的触杀作用,对锯谷盗和米象具有较强的熏蒸作用,对锯谷盗和米象当代种群具有较强的抑制作用.

| Abstract: | Plant extracts were extracted by Soxhlet extractions with anhydrous diethy1 ether from Ailanthus altissima L.,and their controlling effects on several kinds of important stored-grain insects were investigated.The results showed that the plant extracts extracted from A.altissima significantly repelled Sitophilus oryzae,Oryzaephilus surinamensis,Tribolium castaneum adults and Liposcelis paeta nymphae,possessed contact-killing effects on S.oryzae adults,could effectively fumigate O.surinamensis and S.oryzae adults,and successfully inhibited O.surinamensis and S.oryzae current population. |
