| 摘 要： | 为探明蚯蚓提取液对兔巴氏杆菌病的治疗效果,采用蚯蚓提取原液对兔巴氏杆菌进行了体内外试验研究。结果表明,通过体外抑菌试验,蚯蚓提取液对巴氏杆菌的抑菌效果明显,最小抑菌浓度为5倍稀释原液,而原液的抑菌率可达100%;体内试验研究显示,6 mL剂量组对兔巴氏杆菌病的治愈率为100%。

| Abstract: | In order to explore therapeutic effects of the earthworm extract on pasteurellosis in rabbit,the effect of earthworm extract on pasteurellosis in rabbit was studied in vitro and vivo.The results of bacteriostasis test in vitro showed manifest bacteriostasis effect on pasteurellosis,the MIC is quintuple dilution and the bacteriostasis rate is 100%.The study in vivo demonstrated that therapeutic effect of earthworm extract 6 mL dose was perfect,the cure rate is 100%. |
