| 摘 要： | 为了探讨用牛粪养殖蚯蚓的适宜发酵程度,测定了赤子爱胜蚓属大平2号在未发酵牛粪(BD0)和发酵10 d牛粪(BD10)、20 d牛粪(BD20)、30 d牛粪(BD30)中的生长性能和繁殖性能。结果表明:BD0和BD30处理蚯蚓的试验末体重、蚓茧产生量和蚓茧孵化率都极显著或显著高于BD10和BD20(P<0.05),而BD0和BD30之间差异不显著(P>0.05),说明未发酵及发酵30 d牛粪比发酵10,20 d牛粪更适宜蚯蚓的生长和繁殖;而用未发酵牛粪养殖蚯蚓在工艺上更简单,成本更低。

| Abstract: | To investigate the suitable fermentatation degree when the cow dung was used to raise earthworms,the growth and reproduction performance of Eisenia foetida were determined,which were raised in the unfermented cow dung(BD0) and fermented cow dung for 10 days(BD10),20 days(BD20) and 30 days(BD30).The results showed that the body weight,cocoon productions and cocoon hatching rates of the earworms for BD0 and BD30 were higher than that of BD10 and BD20(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference between BD0 and BD30(P>0.05).It is concluded that the unfermented and fermented cow dung for 30 days are more suitable for the growth and reproduction of earthworm than the fermented cow dung for 10 and 20 days,but the process will be simpler and the cost will be lower,when using the unfermented cow dung to raise earthworm. |
