卷荚相思和厚荚相思组培生根影响因素研究

摘    要:采用L16(45)正交试验,研究不同茎芽长度、ABT1#、IBA、NAA不同配比对卷荚相思、厚荚相思组培苗生根的影响,结果表明,茎芽长度、IBA、ABT1#、NAA不同配比对生根有较大影响,卷荚相思、厚荚相思生根诱导的最优组合是茎芽长度1.0~1.5 cm+1/2 MS+IBA 1.5 mg.L-1+ABT1#0.2 mg.L-1+NAA 0.2 mg.L-1,其卷荚相思生根率为97.8%,生根条数为6.0条;厚荚相思生根率为96.5%,生根条数为5.8条。

Abstract:The experiment results showed that the rooting was strongly affected by length of shoot,IBA concentration,ABT1# concentration,and NAA concentration different matchings.The optimal rooting combination for Acacia cincinata and Acacia crassicarpa was the length of shoot 1.0~1.5 cm+1/2MS+IBA1.5 mg·L-1 + ABT1# 0.2 mg·L-1+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1.The rooting ratio of Acacia cincinata was up to 97.8%,and the number of root was 6.0.The rooting ratio of Acacia crassicarpa was up to 96.5%,and the number of root was 5.8.
