甘薯品种对薯瘟病抗性的研究

摘    要:采用甘薯瘟的2个不同毒性菌株和2种接种方法,探讨改进甘薯品种抗瘟鉴定的方法.10个品种分菌系进行盆苗与田间接种试验,结果表明,对Ⅰ群菌系抗性,两者问相关极显著,而对Ⅱ群菌系抗性,两者间相关不显著.因此,对参试1030个品种资源,先做盆苗测定,从中选取较抗Ⅰ群的品种104个;以及南方主栽和育成品种(系)28个,尔后对132个品种分菌系进行田间鉴定.结果将品种抗性分为3类,感病型:对两个菌群皆表现中感一高感,有17个.专化抗性型:高抗-中抗Ⅰ群,中感-高感Ⅱ群,有68个;以及抗-中抗Ⅱ群,中感-高感Ⅰ群,8个.抗病型:高抗Ⅰ群,抗耐Ⅱ群,有35个;以及对两菌群皆表现抗-中抗,4个.田间抗谱测定指出,参试5个品种对Ⅰ群4个菌株皆表现高抗,但对Ⅱ群5个菌株显示不同程度的数量抗性差异.田间病情观察结果看出,不同品种对Ⅱ群菌系的抗病性表现为地上部枯萎率及其增长速率,地下部烂茎及维管束变褐条纹扩展长度之间的明显差异.

Abstract:Resistance of sweet potato varieties against two pathogenic bacterium groups (Ⅰand Ⅱ) of Pseudomonas solanacearum was investgated by two inoculation methods. Results from the resistance test of 10 varieties against group Ⅰ by using leaf cutting inoculation under pot-culture conditions were significantly correlated with that by immersing seedling cuttings with bacterium suspension together with watering with bacterium suspension under field conditions. But the test result under pot-culture against group Ⅱ was not significantly correlated with that under field conditions 1030 resource varieties were therefore screened for resistance test against group Ⅰ under pot-culture and 132 varieties or cultivars with good resistance was obtaind. The varieties were further tested against both group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ under field conditions and could be divided into susceptible, specifially resistant and resistant groups. The susceptible group included 18 varieties showing moderately to highly susceptible to both groups (Ⅰand Ⅱ). The specific resistance group included 75 varieties, among which 67 varieties showed highly or moderately resistant to group Ⅰ, but moderately or highly susceptible to group Ⅱ, and 8 varieties showed resistance or moderately resistant to group Ⅱ, but moderately or highly susceptible to group Ⅰ. The resistant group included 39 varietier among which 35 were resistant or highly resistant to group Ⅰ, and resistant or tolerant to group Ⅱ as well, while 4 varieties were resistant or mderately resistant to both group(ⅠandⅡ).5varietles of sweet potato were tested with 4isolates of the pathogenic groupⅠ and 5 isolates of groupⅡ by field inoculation.Result showed that theywere highly resistant to 4 isolates of groupⅠ,but,there were considerable differences of variety resistanceagainst 5 isolates of groupⅡ among them. Results from disease incidence investigations showed that thedifference of varieties resistance against isolates of groupⅡwas reflected by wilt percentage and its development rate rot percentage of subtevranean parts and length of brown handle.
