| 摘 要： | 分析了农村城镇化的内涵，指出了我国在城镇化过程中存在着乡镇工业布局分散，城镇基础设施薄弱，环境污染严重等弊端并提出了合理发展小城镇，调整乡镇工业的空间布局和结构，制定科学、可行的城镇规划以及改革户籍管理制度等措施。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the connotation of countryside urbanization,the author pointed out such problems as seperation of industry,low level of infrastructure,environmental pollution and put forward several countermeasures:developing small town reasonable,setting down rational planning layout,reforming the management of domicile. |
