百日草雄性不育两用系AB201遗传研究及性状比较

摘    要:对百日草雄性不育两用系AB201育性遗传研究表明,不育性状由一对隐性核不育基因控制,完全符合孟德尔遗传定律。其遗传简单,不育性稳定。对雄性不育两用系AB201中不育株和可育株的花器形态进行观察比较,发现二者极易区别。

Abstract:The differences in the structure of floral organs between male sterility line and maintainer line AB201 of Zinnia elegans were studied through comparative analysis.The results showed that it was easy to distinguish.The male sterility was controlled by a pair of ressesive gene which was major gene.The inheritance of the male sterility was correspondant to Mendel's law.The sterility was stable and could be transselected easily.
