| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了惠州市自2003年以来通过实施园林绿化市场化养护管理路子,对城市园林绿化景观所带来的变化。文章分析了市场化养护管理的背景,介绍了市场化养护管理的办法、措施。提出:通过市场化养护管理,既逐步完善了管理体系,提高了管理水平,造就一批经验丰富、技术过硬的园林绿化企业;同时,又提升了城市景观的档次,改善了城市园林绿化的整体形象。

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the changes on the gardens virescence landscape of Huizhou city caused by the Landscape management marketization which has been adopted since 2003.The background of the maintenance management marketization is analyzed and the measure of maintenance management marketization is introduced in this paper. A point of view is put forward in this paper that is we can not only perfect our management system gradually, improve our management level, bring up a passel of rich experience and good technology gardens virescence enterprise, but also can upgrade the level of the city landscape and make the whole image of the city gardens virescence better. |
