| 摘 要： | 环介导等温扩增（loop-mediated isothermal amplifi cation,LAMP）技术是一门新兴的分子生物学检测技术,因其具有特异性强、敏感性高、简单、快捷及不需要昂贵的仪器设备等特点,受到了生物医学研究者的高度关注。目前,该方法已经被广泛应用于各种病原微生物检测。本文综述了近年来LAMP在动物疫病检测中的具体应用实例和目前的研究进展,并对LAMP方法在动物疫病诊断中的应用前景做了展望。

| Abstract: | The loop-mediated isothermal amplification（LAMP） is a novel nucleic acid amplification method.The method has raised great concern among biomedical researchers because of its high specificity,efficiency,simplicity,rapidity and without the need of expensive equipments.At present,LAMP has been widely used in the detection of various pathogens.The article reviewed examples of its application in animal disease detection and the prospected future in animal disease diagnosis. |
