| 摘 要： | 当今，我国高校体育教学不断深入改革与创新，大学体育课程不断完善，健美操已成为当今女大学生的一种时尚运动，在校园内很受欢迎。通过对河北农业大学开设健美操专项课以来学生选课的积极性、兴趣与动机以及教学效果等方面进行调查分析与探讨，提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | Nowadays with the development of reform and innovation of the universities in our country and the perfection process of the collage PE class, aerobics have become a fashionable kind of sports among the college girls and are quite popular on the campus. Through the investigation and analysis of the enthusiasm of choosing the course, interest in them, motivation, the enthusiasm of learning them and the effect of teaching since we launched this course, I made some suggestions corresponding to the elements above. |
