摘    要:为探明角蛋白5(keratin 5,K5)在毛囊生长周期中的作用机制,采用免疫组化方法检测角蛋白5(K5)在内蒙古绒山羊毛囊生长周期中的表达情况。结果表明,在毛囊生长初期(6月),K5低表达于毛囊内根鞘和外根鞘;在毛囊生长旺盛期(10月),K5在内外根鞘同时表达,并在外根鞘表达量较高;在退行期(1月),K5在外根鞘低表达;在休止期(3月),K5基本不表达。由于K5的表达与绒毛生长周期发育规律一致,推测K5对绒毛的周期性生长可能是通过对内根鞘和外根鞘发挥作用的。

Abstract:In order to understand the mechanism action of keratin 5 (K5) in hair follicle growth, the immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of keratin 5 (K5) in hair follicle development cycle of Inner Mongolia cashmere goat. The results showed that the expression of K5 was low in both of inner and outer root sheath in the initial stage of anagen(Jun); K5 expressed in both of inner and outer root sheath,and the expression in outer root sheath was higher in hair follicle exuberant stage of anagen(Oct); and the expression was low in outer root sheath in catagen(Jan); and there was no expression in telogen(Mar). Due to the consistence of K5 expression with hair growth cycle, it was speculated that K5 may have some effect during the development cycle of hair follicle through the inner and outer root sheath.
