高油大豆种质资源的创新及利用

摘    要:开展高油大豆种质资源的创新及利用,有利于加快育种进程、缩短育种年限、增加农民收入、提高油脂企业效益;利用筛选和鉴定出的高油大豆种质资源和优异的外引品种资源材料进行杂交、复合交时基因的重组、累加、互补与突变等遗传效应,对后代(F6)进行品质化验分析,从中鉴定出油份含量在22.5%以上的高油大豆创新种质资源,并利用创新种质资源进行审定推广成为高油大豆新品种,改良了遗传组成,拓宽了高油大豆血缘,为今后高油大豆育种工作奠定了基础。

Abstract:Creation and utilization of high oil soybean germplasm resources is benefit for accelerating breeding progress, shortening years, increasing peasants' income and promoting oil corporation revenue. Using the genetic effect of recombination, accumulating, complement and mutation, the cross or multiple cross between high oil soybean that had been selected and appraised and fine varieties introduced from domestic and foreign were carried out, then the quality of F6 was analyzed. The new variety that contented oil more than 22.5% was identified and generalized. It improves the genetic composition and broad soybean blood relationship. And it is also important for breeding high oil soybean.
