| 摘 要： | 本实验利用改进的石蜡切片、HE染色法测定了初生、1-4月龄5个阶段的20头长白猪皮下脂肪细胞大小并进行最小二乘均数分析和多重比较。结果表明:长白猪的皮下脂肪细胞直径初生时为53.54μm,1月龄增大到62.20μm,2月龄最低为43.36μm,随后的3、4月龄逐渐缓慢增加到64.56μm、72.49μm。

| Abstract: | The cell size of subcutaneous adipose tissue of Landrace pig （n=20）in differential developmental phases （natal to 4 month） are measured by olefin slice and Hematoxylin-Eosin staining method. The least squares means and multiply comparison are analyzed by SAS program. The results indicate that the diameter of subcutaneous adipose cell of natal piglet is 53.54μm, then increased to 62.20 μm （lmonth）. The minimal size of subcutaneous adipose cell is 43.36 μm （2month）, then the diameter increased gradually and the diameter of 3month and 4month are 64.56μm and 72.49 μm respectively. |
