| 摘 要： | 高校是党的统战工作的重要领域。随着高等教育规模的不断扩大和高等教育体制改革的逐步深入，高校管理重心正向学院下移，高校基层统战工作出现了许多新情况，面临许多新挑战。必须从思想建设、制度建设、条件建设等方面入手，进一步加强和改进高校基层统战工作，更好地促进学校、学院事业又好又快发展。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities are the important areas of the Party＇s united front work. With the constant expansion of higher education scale and the gradual deepening of higher education＇s reform, management centers of universities aroferward down to Colleges, so the Colleges＇ united from work at grass-roots level has to deal with many new situations and face many new challenges. Based on ideological,institutional construction and conditions preparation , it is necessary to further strengthen and improve the united front work at grass-roots of colleges to better promote the sound and rapid development of colleges and universities. |
