| 摘 要： | 福建农林大学在开展海峡两岸交流,发挥双方优势,努力培养中华民族高水平农科人才作了深入的研究与实践并取得了成效：（1）模拟中国行政地图,建立“中华名特优植物园”,在34个省园中分别种植各省区的名特优植物,为两岸师生提供了学习全中国大量的植物优异种质资源等专业知识的基地,同时增强了台湾师生的中华民族意识;（2）提出寓深意于简明之中的“矩形原理”,激发了两岸学生特别是客观条件一般都较差的农科学生的学习动力,激励了学生发扬中华民族智慧加拼搏的传统精神;（3）采取8项措施学习借鉴台湾高等农业教育和台湾现代农业科技,提高了教师的业务能力和学生的专业水平。

| Abstract: | Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University（FAFU） has conducted in-depth research and made significant achievements in the fields of carrying out cross-Straits cooperation,exploiting advantages on both sides,and cultivating high level talents of agricultural science for Chinese nation.（1） A botanical garden for Chinese famous,special and superior plants corresponding to the Administrative Map of China was built.The famous,special and superior plants of the respective province were planted in each garden,in order to provide teachers and students from both sides of the Straits with a teaching base for studying professional knowledge of the excellent germplasm in our country,and to enhance Chinese national consciousness of the teachers and students of Taiwan province.（2） A ＇Rectangle Principle＇ was proposed which implied profound meaning through conciseness to inspire students on both sides of the strait with a motive of study,and the Chinese national spirit of wisdom and diligence was advocated as well.（3） Various measures were taken to learn from the higher education and modern science and technology of Taiwan agriculture,so that the expertise of teachers was improved and the professional level of students was increased. |
