枸杞对原生盐碱地抑盐效应的研究

摘    要:调查了甘肃景泰原生盐碱地枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)园中土壤的水溶性盐分和离子组成。结果表明,栽培枸杞降低了10~100 cm土层水溶性盐分总含量,20~40 cm土层降低更明显;栽培枸杞对0~100 cm土层的盐离子产生不同的影响,降低了K+、Na+和Cl-的含量,但对Ca2+和SO42-影响不明显,Mg2+的含量反而增加。可见栽培枸杞降低水溶性盐分主要与一价离子有关。

Abstract:The soluble salt content and different salt ions content of soil were determined in an orchard cultivated Lycium barbarum L.,established on primary saline-alkali soil in Gansu.The soluble salt content in 10-100cm depth soil layer decreased around root of Lycium barbarum L.,especially in 20-40cm soil layer.Cultivating Lycium barbarum L.impacted on salt ions in 0-100cm depth soil layer differently.Of all salt ions,K+,Na+ and Cl-content decreased,Mg2+ content increased,while Ca2+ and SO2-4 had little changes.So it is considered that planting Lycium barbarum L.in original saline-alkali soil decreased the soluble salt content from attribution of decreased univalent ions.
