| 柳州蜈蚣蕨群体遗传多样性研究及与南宁群体的比较 |

| 摘 要： | 采用水平淀粉凝胶电泳技术对广西中部和南部6个蜈蚣陵（PterisvittataL.）种群的遗传多样性进行分析，蜈蚣蕨柳州地区种群都存在一定的遗传变异，多态位点比率P=0．60，等位基因平均数A=1．7，平均期望杂合度He=0．252，高于广西南部南宁地区的蜈蚣蕨种群的遗传变异；Nei的遗传一致度测量结果表明该地区柳州与柳城种群的关系最近，并且地理距离和遗传距离有一定的相关性。

| Abstract: | The genctic diversily and population differentiation of Pteris vittata populations fromLiuzhou (Guangxi) were studied in present paper by the method of horizontal starch gel elec-trophorcsis. Allozyme data from 15 loci of 8 enzyme systems indicated the level of genetic variabilitywith P = 0. 60, A = 1. 7 and He= 0. 252, little lower than Nanning populations. The means of ge-netic identity and genetic a ance were 0. 855 and 0.159 respectively. Genetic relationships among 6populations, 3 from Liuzhou, other from Nanning, were studied by clustering analysis. |
