| 摘 要： | 通过对呼伦贝尔市马铃薯生产及加工业发展现状分析,指出当地马铃薯加工转化率在50%左右,马铃薯产业基本成型,但是生产中还存在一些诸如农业基础设施薄弱、市场对接不到位、加工专用品种少且推广难等问题,提出细化当地马铃薯种植区域划分、建立市场供需信息平台,合理调控播种面积,加大加工专用马铃薯推广力度,加深淀粉厂与薯农之间合作关系等一系列发展措施。

| Abstract: | According to the analysis of production and situation of industry development to potato,It indicated potato conversion of processing is about 50% in hulunbeier,industry potato has basicial molded.But there are some problems in production,for example agricultural infrastructure is weak;market docking is not in place;variety of potato special for processing is little,or hardships on extended.This article put forwards that potato is refined in planting and regional divided,established market platform of supply information,reasonable regulation on sowing area,increase potato special for processing on kynamics.deepening on cooperative relationship starch mill and peasant. |
