摘    要:正黄连(Coptis chinensis)为毛茛科多年生草本植物,以根茎入药,因其具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降糖等药用活性被广泛应用于医疗和保健行业1]。重庆市石柱县是黄连的主产区之一,产量约占我国总产量的60%2,3]。黄连根茎一般在4~6年采收,随着种植年限的增加,黄连根腐病的发生渐趋加重,发病率逐年上升。该病害在栽培第2年即可发病,主要危害根茎部位,平均发病率达40%,严重地块高达80%~90%,甚至绝收4],严重影响黄连的产

Abstract:Root rot is one of the serious diseases on goldthread (Coptis chinensis) in Shizhu County, Chongqing in recent years. The pathogen was purified and then identified based on pathogenicity test, morphological characteristics observation and multi-locus phylogenetic analyses (ITS and TEF1). And the sensitivities of the pathogen to 8 fungicides were evaluated. The results indicated that the pathogen was identified as Fusarium carminascens. Among the 8 funficides, 30% imitamine emulsion EC and 1% genazinomycin SC had the best inhibition effect with EC50 values at 0.04 and 0.06 μg·mL-1, respectively. To our knowledge, this is the first report of root rot of goldthread caused by F. carminascens in China.
