| 摘 要： | 远安县已被国家纳入全国100个生态环境综合治理项目重点县建设，对此，研究新形势下远安县的农村能源与生态环境建设发展战略十分必要，通过对远安县农村能源建设现状和当前农村能源建设面临的主要问题，进行分析，探索相应对策，从而使农村能源与保护生态环境建设的成果得到巩固和提高。

| Abstract: | Yuan'an county has been listed as one of 100 key counties in China where the problems of the ecological environment should be tackled in a comprehensive way. Therefore, it is quite necessary to study the strategy of building and making further advances on rural energy resources and ecological environment in Yuan'an county in the new situation. Analysing the present situation and the chief problems that people face when they build rural energy resources and seeking some proper ways to deal with the situation will promote the results of rural energy and protect ecological environment. Meanwhile, the achievements obtained in rural energy construction and ecological environmental protecting will be strengthened and improved as well. |
