| 摘 要： | 综述了近年来国内甘草酸测定方法研究概况。系统介绍了目前国内常用的甘草酸含量测定方法；高效毛细管电泳法，高效液相色普法，反相高效液相色谱法，薄层扫描法等，并预测了甘草酸测定方法未来的发展趋势。 |

| Abstract: | The researching situations on the method of estimation of glycyrrhizin content in Glycyrrhiza uralensis were reviewed in this paper, and the method in common use was introduced systematically such as HPLC, HPCE,RP-HPLC, TLC-Scanning method etc. Developing direction of estimation of glycyrrhizin content in Glycyrrhiza uralensis was also discussed in this paper. |
