摘    要:目的]探讨不同基质、外源激素和扦插时间对油茶扦插育苗效果的影响,为提高油茶扦插繁殖成活率提供参考.方法]选取砂、田园土和砂与田园土混合基质为试验基质,萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸和生根粉为试验激素,于2011年9月20日、10月30日、11月28日和2012年1月16日分4次扦插,观察记录油茶扦插苗的顶芽数、侧芽数、侧根数、侧根长和成活率,分析扦插育苗效果.结果]河砂扦插效果最好,油茶扦插苗的顶芽数、侧芽数、侧根数、侧根长和成活率均高于河砂+田园土和田园土;不同激素、不同浓度处理结果不同,NAA 30.0 mg/L、IAA 200.0 mg/L和ABT 50.0 mg/L处理的顶芽数最多,平均为0.55个,NAA 30.0 mg/L处理的侧芽数最多,平均为0.93个,ABT 100.0 mg/L处理的侧根数最多,平均2.77条,侧根长最长,平均达0.63 cm,IAA 200.0 mg/L处理的成活率76.15%,明显高于其他处理;扦插时间以2012年1月16日扦插的效果最好,2011年9月20日扦插效果次之,2011年11月28日扦插效果最差.结论]油茶插条分别经NAA 30.0 mg/L、IAA 200.0 mg/L和ABT 50.0 mg/L处理后,以河沙为基质在温室中春插和秋插均能获得质量良好的扦插苗.

Abstract:Objective]Effects of different materials, exogenous hormones and cuttage time on cuttage seedling of Camellia oleifera were studied to provide references for improving survival rate of cuttage and propagation. Method]Three materials of sand, garden soil( 1 : 1 ) and the mix of sand and garden soil were used. Nine treatments of naphthylaeetie acid ( 30, 60 and 90 mg/L), heteroauxin (200,350 and 500 mg/L) and rooting powder (30, 50and 100 mg/L) were designed. Samples of Came/- lia oleifera obtained on 4 days (20th Sep, 30th Oct and 28th Nov in 2011 and 16th Jan in 2012) were chosen for cuttage treatment to record the number of terminal buds, lateral buds, lateral roots and the length of lateral roots and survival rate, after which cuttage seedling effects were analyzed. Result]The results showed that effects of cottage were the best in sand, where the number of terminal buds, lateral buds, lateral roots and the length of lateral roots and survival rate were higher than those in the mix of sand and garden hill and in garden hill. Different hormones and treatments produced different results. The maximum average number of terminal buds was 0.55 under 30 mg/L NAA, 200 mg/L IAA and 50 mg/L ABT. The maximum av- erage number of lateral buds was 0.93 under 30 mg/L NAA. The number of lateral roots was 2.77 and the length of lateral roots was 0.63 em under 100 mg/L ABT. The survival rate was 76.15% under 200 mg/L IAA, which was obviously higher than that under other treatments. The effeet of cuttage was the best on Jan 16th, 2012 and was suboptimal on Sep 20 th, 2011 and the ef- fect was the worst on Nov 28 th, 2011. Conclusion]When camellia cuttings are treated with three exogenous hormones of 30 mg/L NAA, 200 mg/L IAA and 50 mg/L ABT separately and cut in the greenhouse with sand as material, spring and winter eutting all can yield cutting seedlings with good quality.
