黄瓜种质资源对霜霉病和白粉病的抗病性鉴定

摘    要:采用苗期人工接种,对东北农业大学黄瓜育种研究室保存的51份育种材料进行了霜霉病和白粉病的抗病性鉴定。结果表明,供试材料中没有免疫材料,筛选出高抗和抗病的649、D0463、129三份材料;白粉病抗病性鉴定筛选出D0118、9320-2、D0115、9302-1-1、C04-01、D0410、L18-10-2等13份抗病材料;同时抗两种病害的有:9302-1、649、D0622、D0401、D0115、D0425-1、东农802、东农803、1058-1、D0202-2等10份材料。

Abstract:Total 51 cucumbermaterials were evaluated forresistance to downy mildew and powdery mildew by artificial inoculation at seedling stage in greenhouse. The results showed that there were no immune materials, 649, D0463 and 129 were ones of high resistant and resistant. Result of resistance to powdery mildew showed that D0118, 9320-2, D0115, 9302-1-1, C04-01, D0410 and L18-10-2 were resistant materials. 9302-1, 649, D0622, D0401, D0115, D0425-1, Dongnong802, Dongnong803, 1058-1 and D0202-2 were resistant to downy mildew and powdery mildew simultaneously.
