氮肥水平对杂交稻汕优63剑叶光合速率和RuBP羧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:用低氮(LN)、中氮(MN)、高氮(HN)盆栽土培的杂交水稻汕优63为材料,测定其剑叶的光合速率、RuBP羧化酶含量及活性、可溶性蛋白和叶绿素含量的变化.结果表明:随着氮水平的提高,叶面积增大,气孔密度减少,RuBP羧化酶活性和光合速率增加.随着叶龄的增加,三个不同氮水平的叶片中RuBP羧化酶蛋白下降均先于可溶性蛋白的下降;HN组的光

Abstract:Pot culture of low nitrogen(LN,control), medium nitrogen(MN) and hig h nitrogen(HN) was conducted and the photosynthetic rate, RuBP carboxylase conte nt and activity, soluble protein content and chlorophyll content in flag leaves of hybrid rice Shanyou 63 were investigated. The results showed that leaf area, RuBP carboxylase activity and photosynthetic rate raised as increasing nitrogen levels, but stomatal density decreased. With the leaves ageing , the decline of RuBP carboxylase protein was more early than that of soluble protein in all flag leaves. The degression of photosynthetic rate in HN was less than that in MN an d LN. The sustained duration of the relative high activity of RuBP carboxylase in HN was longer than that in MN and LN. Nitrogen fertilizer might play an impo rtant role in regulating photosynthetic rate and photosynthetic functional durat ion of flag leaves in hybrid rice.
