摘    要:目的]研究不同浓度的铅与酸雨的复合处理对大豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.方法]以大豆为实验材料,采用室内盆栽培养方法,研究不同浓度的铅与模拟酸雨复合处理对大豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果]铅对大豆种子的萌发有一定的抑制作用,酸雨会影响大豆的发芽率;铅与酸雨的复合处理降低了幼苗的株高、叶面积、物质量和蒸腾速率,而对叶绿素的影响并不突出,叶绿素主要受酸雨酸度的控制;复合处理的抑制作用高于单一因子,且受铅的浓度与酸雨的酸度影响.结论]重金属铅与酸雨的复合处理在抑制种子的萌发和幼苗的生长上具有协同作用.

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the interactive effect of the different concentrations lead and acid rain on seed germination and seeding growth of Soybean.Method] Soybean as experimental material,the interactive effect of the different concentrations lead and simulated acid rain on seed germination and seeding growth of soybean were studied by using the way of indoor pot cultivation.Result] The lead pollution had a certain inhibition on seed germination,while acid rain decreased seed germination.The combined treatment of lead and acid rain reduced height,leaf area,weight and transpiration rate of seedlings,but the content of chlorophyll is not prominent by the interactive effect of lead and acid rain,.the content of chlorophyll is mainly controlled by the acidity of acid rain.The inhibition under combined treatment were higher than under a single factor,and the effects of inhibition were influenced by the concentration of lead and acidity of acid rain.Conclusion] The combined treatment of lead and acid rain have a synergistic effect on the inhibition of seed germination and seedling growth.
