| 摘 要： | 粮油食品工艺学为食品科学与工程专业的主要专业课，传统的粮油食品工艺学的实验和实习教学中存在许多问题，不利于学生能力的培养。本文就粮油食品工艺学实验与实习教学的改革措施进行了论述。
