标记法和全收集法测定牦牛十二指肠食糜流量的对比研究

摘    要:将6头体重150kg的牦牛分为两组,一组安装瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠“T”型瘘管,一组安装十二指肠“桥”型瘘管。前者经瘤胃瘘管灌注标记物Cr-ETDA测定十二指肠食糜流量,后者直接由十二指肠收集食糜,同时测定十二指肠总氮、微生物氮、氨氮和非氨氮的流量。结果用标记法测定的十二指肠食糜流量、总氮、微生物氮、氨氮、非氨氮流量均比全回收法测定的结果高。

Abstract:Six cannula Yak were divided into two groups, one with ruman cannula and duodenal T-Shape cannula and affused with marker of Cr-EDTA and another group with duodenal bridge-shape cannula were used to measure duodenal digesta, duodenal total nitrogen, microbial nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and non-amino acid nitrogen, Results showed the measurement Value from the first method were all higher than that of second.
