并流引风式远红外蔬菜脱水机的改进设计

摘    要:现有的远红外蔬菜脱水机各层干燥箱均由同一台风机串流引风,因此各层箱体内的空气流量相等。针对这一问题,采用并流引风技术方案,将引风管从各层干燥箱同时引风,并且各连接管直径自上而下依次减小,从而使风机从各层干燥箱的引风量自上而下地相应减小,既可满足最上层干燥箱因物料水分蒸发速度快、风量需求大的要求,又可避免将下层接近干燥的、密度较小的物料吹起等现象的发生。

Abstract:Because each drying far Infrared dryer for vegetables oven directed the wind by the identical string stream, each box in vivo air flow was equal. In view of this question, using and the stream directs the wind technology plan, presently could direct the wind tube simultaneously to direct the wind from each drying oven, and various connecting pipes diameter in turn could reduce from the top downward, could cause the air blower to direct the amount of wind from each drying oven also correspondingly to reduce from the top downward, both could satisfy the upper most layer drying oven for the material moisture evaporation speeded to be quick, and the amount of wind demanded big requirement, and could avoid the lower approximately dry and smaller density materials blowed.
