| 摘 要： | 施肥是提高蔬菜产量的重要措施,然而不合理施肥会引起蔬菜硝酸盐的积累.综述了近年来肥料施用对蔬菜硝酸盐积累的影响研究进展,并就此讨论和提出了相应的防治措施来减少由于不合理施肥引起的蔬菜硝酸盐累积问题.

| Abstract: | Fertilization plays an important role in vegetable yield-increasing.However,the improper application of fertilizer could result in the nitrate accumulation in vegetable crop.In this paper the research progress in the application effect of all kinds of fertilizers on nitrate accumulation in vegetable crop was reviewed.The prevention countermeasure to reduce nitrate content in vegetable caused by improper application of fertilizer was also discussed. |
