蜡状芽孢杆菌菌株255诱导香蕉产生抗性相关酶初步研究

摘    要:在香蕉苗6叶期分别接种蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)和香蕉枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense),在接种后1、2、4、6、9 d,测定过氧化物酶POD、多酚氧化酶PPO、苯丙氨酸解氨酶PAL、超氧化物歧化酶SOD等4种与植物抗病密切相关的酶活性变化,结果显示,接种蜡状芽孢杆菌后,POD、PPO、SOD活性在接种后2d达到最高值,明显高于对照和接种香蕉枯萎病菌,PAL活性在接种后6 d达到最高值;而接种香蕉枯萎病菌后,POD、PPO、PAL活性在接种后24 h达到最高值,并明显高于对照,SOD活性在接种后2 d达到最高值。

Abstract:The banana were inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense(FOC)and 5 different concentrations of Bacillus cereus,the activities of resistance-related enzymes(POD,PPO,PAL,SOD)were tested 1,2,4,6,9 days after inoculation,the result showed that POD,PPO,SOD activity peaks appeared 2 days after inoculation of Bacillus cereus,higher than that inoculated with FOC and the control(water);PAL activity peaks reached 6 days after inoculation;however,the POD,PPO,PAL activity peaks reached 24 hours after inoculation...
