辣椒过氧化物酶同工酶的研究

摘    要:应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳研究了28份辣椒品种的过氧化物酶同工酶.不同品种在相同发育时期或相同品种在不同发育时期、不同器官的酶谱表型有明显差异;品种间以三叶期的幼苗酶谱较丰富,且差异较大,有11种表型.圆锥椒幼苗有7种表型,其它各类品种均仅有1种表型.采用系统聚类法可将其分成3类,并进行比较分析。

Abstract:Twenty-eight varieties were used for the determination of the isoperoxidase pat- tern by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.Each variety being same development stage had its own speicific band pattern respectively.However,according to different growth stages and organs,a variety had apparently different zymograms.More bands and bigger differ- ence appeared at seedling stage with 3 leaves and could be divided into 11 groups.Of these, there was no difference among various varieties in the same type,except C.fructescens var. conodies having 7 groups.In this way,all were tentatively classified into 3 clusters.
