摘    要:建立了测定食品包装物中锑浸出量的火焰原子吸收光谱法。将包装物的4%乙酸浸泡液在酸性条件下用碘化钾还原,再以吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)作为螯合剂萃取后,以火焰原子吸收法测定样品锑含量。方法的检出限为0.05μg/ml,加标回收率为88.5%~93.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为6%~8%。本方法适用于包装物中锑浸出量的测定,实验结果准确、灵敏度高,精密度好。

Abstract:To develop a method for determination of antimony content in food packageing material by fire atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) . Food samples were digested by acetylacetone as fundic--improver, then antimony in the sample was determined by AAS. Detection limit of this method was 0.05 μg/ml, recovery was 88.5% - 93.4%, RSD was 6% - 8%. The method could determine the antimony content in food by packageing material, and the experiment results were accurate with better sensitivity and precision.
