| 摘 要： | 在介绍生态足迹理论和方法的基础上,以四川省1997~2005年的统计数据为基础,对该省的生态足迹、生态承载力、生态赤字进行了计算。结果表明,四川省的人均生态足迹超出了人均生态承载力,表现出巨大的生态赤字,且生态赤字基本上呈直线上升趋势,四川省的经济社会发展处于不可持续状态。在分析了高生态赤字形成原因的基础上,提出减小生态赤字,出现生态盈余,实现可持续发展的对策:倡导节约型生产和消费方式,提高能源利用率,调整土地类型结构,开发水电能源,发展高效生态农业,加强立法、宣传、教育工作。

| Abstract: | The ecological footprint,ecological capacity and ecological deficit is calculated by the ecological footprint method according to the statistics data from 1997 to 2005 in Sichuan province.The results show that the per capita ecological footprint exceeds the ecological capacity,which results in the huge ecological deficit and unsustainable development of economy and society in Sichuan province.The paper puts forward some countermeasures including advocating economical methods of production and consumption;improving the energy use efficiency,adjusting the construction of soil types,developing hydroelectric stations,developing efficient ecological agriculture and strengthening the work of legislation,propaganda and education,etc on the basis of analyzing the reasons of the huge ecological deficit. |
