沼液抑制三七镰刀菌的影响因素研究

摘    要:沼气发酵残留物应用于种植业,能防治作物病虫害、提高作物抗逆性、改善农产品品质。有关沼液抑制或杀灭植物病原菌的机理一直是人们关注的重点。以三七镰刀菌为供试菌株,改变沼液的原料来源、pH值、温度和微生物状态,测定沼液对病菌的抑制效果,结果表明不同原料来源的沼液对病菌有相同的抑制趋势,pH值在上限值为9.0,下限值为5.0的时候仍然有显著的抑制效果,沼液随温度的升高抑制效果减弱1~4]。

Abstract:Biogas slurry can prevent and cure plants diseases and insect pests,enhance the plant stress resistance and improve quality of agriculture products.The mechanism of plant pathogen killing or inhibition by biogas slurry is always the emphase sissue.Effect of pathogen killing on Fusarium solani were determined in this study with different source of biogas slurry and condition of different pH value,temperature and different microbic activity.The result showed that different source of biogas slurry had the similar inhibition effect on Fusarium solani,even under pH value up to 9.0 and low to 5.0.Inhibition effect decreased with the increase of biogas slurry temperature.
