| 摘 要： | 本文根据近代最小二乘法原理，采用矩阵求逆的数学模型，通过计算机处理，建立起评价因素与土地生产力之间的回归方程。利用多级续分制对评价因素进行分级，将评价因素的各个等级赋以分值，得出各个土地等级的指标值及指数范围，达到用定量方法进行土地评价的目的。

| Abstract: | The paper made regression equation between evaluate factor and land productive forces using mathematics model calculating inverse matrix and computer processingon the method of least squares. In this paper, we graded evaluate factor by multistage continuous grade and evaluated grade value of each grade of evaluate factor. We obtained index value and rang of each land grade in order to evaluate land quality by quantity method. |
