| 摘 要： | 于猴头菌(Hericiumerinaceus)菌丝发酵液中加入不同浓度的Na2Se2O3,振荡培养7d后,测定菌丝生长量和发酵液中主要胞外酶的活性。研究发现:一定浓度的Na2Se2O3可影响猴头菌丝的生长及菌丝生长期间多种胞外酶的活性,0.05～2.00mmol.L-1的Na2Se2O3均可促进菌丝生长和菌丝生长期间胞外蛋白酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶的活性,以0.75mmol.L-1和1.00mmol.L-1的Na2Se2O3促进作用最为明显,菌丝生长量和胞外纤维素酶、淀粉酶的活性分别比对照提高了117.39%、134.78%,24.12%、77.39%,34.95%、52.43%;0.75mmol.L-1的Na2Se2O3显著提高了蛋白酶的活性,比对照高143.92%,而高浓度(≥1.5mmol.L-1)的Na2Se2O3对酶活的促进作用有所降低。

| Abstract: | The extracellular enzyme activity and the mycelium growth of Hericium erinaceus were detected which had been cultured for 7days in the fermentative liquid containing different concentration of Na2Se2O3. The results showed that the concentration of Na2Se2O3 could affect the extracellular enzyme activities and the mycelium growth of Hericium erinaceus 0.05mmolL-1-2.0mmolL-1 Na2Se2O3 could improve activities of extracellular protease,cellulase and amylase as well as growth of the mycelia. When the content of Na2Se2O3 was at 0.75mmolL-1 and 1.0mmolL-1,the growth of the mycelia,the activities of cellulase and amylase got to the highest,which was higher than the contract by 117.39%,134.78%,24.06%,77.12%,34.95%,52.43% respectively. The activity of the protease was mostly improved by 0.75mmol/L Na2Se2O3,which was higher than the contract by 143.92%. But higher concentration of Na2Se2O3(1.5mmolL-1) could decrease the improvement effect on the enzymes activity and the mycelia growth. |
