| 摘 要： | 随着全球生态环境保护意识的增强和绿色消费主义的大力兴起,林业的地位迅速飚升、日益重要,森林的内涵与外延逐步加深和扩大。森林资源的价值观已从以往单纯追求经济利益的生产功能,更多地转向生态、社会和人文方面的环境功能。本文通过分析武汉市国有林场管理体制的现状及存在的问题,对其管理体制改革提出了建议,并着重从创新方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The awareness of global environmental protection and green consumption have penetrated throughout the world,which not only make the status of forest rise swiftly,but also enlarge and deepen the intension and extension of forest. The value of forest resources has transferred from economic efficiency to pursuing environmental functions of ecology,society and humanism.In the paper,present situation and the existing problems in Wuhan national forest farms were analyzed and some reformations about management system were put forward,especially from the aspect of innovation. |
