丘陵山地农机具快速换接装置设计与试验

摘    要:我国丘陵山地果园机械化水平较低,传统农机具悬挂方式配套机具换装效率低且不适用丘陵山地果园作业。本研究设计了一种基于果园履带式动力底盘的农机具快速换接装置,在分析整机工作原理的基础上,进行了部件设计和参数确定。确定快速换接装置由提升架与挂接架组成,对机具的提升与锁紧分别采用两套液压油缸作为动力。基于ANSYS Workbench软件对快速换接装置进行受力分析,提升架与挂接架最大位移变形量分别为0.06 mm和0.05 mm,最大等效应力分别为21.21 MPa和89.04 MPa。样机快速换接试验表明:快速换接装置单次挂接平均时间3.67 s,完成一次农机具换接时间不到40 s,挂接过程安全稳定,动力结合可靠;快速换接装置配套割草机田间作业稳定可靠,作业指标满足使用需求,可为丘陵山地农用多功能作业车辆的机具换接环节提供装备支持与研发参考。

Abstract:To improve mechanization level of orchards in hilly and mountainous areas of China and solve inefficiency and unsuitability with traditional hanging mode of agricultural machinery and tools for operating in hilly and mountainous orchards, an agricultural machinery with quick changeover device based on the crawler dynamic chassis of orchards was developed. The working principle of whole machine was analyzed to determine the design components and parameters. The quick changeover device was composed of the hoisting frame and hanging frame, and two sets of hydraulic cylinders were used as the power for the lifting and locking of the machine and tools. Based on ANSYS Workbench software, stress analysis of the quick changeover device showed that maximum displacement and deformation of the hoisting frame and the running frame were 0.06 mm and 0.05 mm respectively, and maximum equivalent stress was 21.206 MPa and 89.039 MPa respectively. The quick changeover test of the prototype showed that the single connection time of the quick changeover device was only 3.67 s, and the time to complete a single changeover of agricultural machinery and tools was less than 40 s. The process of the quick changeover was safe and stable, and the power combination was reliable. The field operation was stable and reliable, and operation index met the use demand.The design provided equipment support and research and development reference for machine and tool exchange link of agricultural multi-functional operation vehicles in hilly areas.
