有限元分析方法在内燃机活塞研究中的应用

摘    要:从内燃机活塞有限元网格模型的建立、活塞复杂边界条件的确定以及活塞有限元计算这三个方面系统阐述了目前应用有限元分析方法对内燃机活塞进行温度场、应力应变和传热分析,以及热负荷和机械负荷交叉迭代耦合分析的现状和发展趋势。

Abstract:it is the main method in the current IC engine piston designs that the application of finite element analysis carries on the temperature field simulation, the stress strain analysis and the heat transfer analysis to the IC engine piston, as well as the hot load and the machinery load overlapping iteration coupling analysis. This article expounds the development present situation and the tendency in the IC engine piston finite element analysis method these days from three aspects, which IC engine piston finite element grid model establishment, piston complex boundary condition determination as well as piston finite element computation general method.
