立辊式玉米收获机试验台的设计

摘    要:适时收获期短是玉米收获机械发展缓慢的主要原因之一。为了能够延长试验时间、缩短研究与试制周期,更加方便地进行各种试验研究,设计制造了立辊式玉米收获机关键部件试验台。试验台由秸秆喂入装置、夹持输送装置、摘穗装置、控制系统和检测系统构成,可模拟玉米收获机田间作业情况,并能分析秸秆在摘辊上的运动规律、摘穗机理及影响收获损失的各种性能因素。

Abstract:Short optimum harvest period is a reason that why the development of corn harvester is so slow.To prolong its test time,shorten research and trial-produce cycle and more conveniently to make tests,a key components test bench for vertical-roll type corn harvester is designed and manufactured.The bench is consists of stalk feed unit,hold and transport unit,snapping unit,control system and test system.The equipment not only can simulate the field operation of corn harvester,but also can analyze moving rule of stalk on snapping roll,snapping mechanism and performance factors that can adversely affect harvest loss.
