| 摘 要： | 目前社会需要的是大量应用型人才和创新型人才,而当前的大学由于教学和实践的脱节,导致培养出来的人才频频被企业拒之门外。高校产学研合作教育是解决这一问题的关键。着重分析了高校产学研合作教育实施的内涵和存在的理论依据,为高等农业院校改变人才培养模式,实施产学研合作教育提供理论基础。

| Abstract: | A large number of applied talents and creative talents are needed at present.However,due to the teaching with practice is disjointed,the college graduates can＇t be supported by enterprises frequently.Cooperative education in universities is the key to this problem.The connotation and theoretical basis of CEEUSRO are analyzed,which provide theoretical basis for changing the personnel training mode and implementing CEEUSRO. |
