河北省玉米顶尖腐烂病的发生情况及其病原菌鉴定初报

摘    要:田间调查了近年来河北省玉米顶尖腐烂病的发生情况,通过病原菌分离、回接试验和形态学鉴定,初步明确了玉米顶尖腐烂病是由镰刀菌和细菌复合侵染引起的病害,其中拟轮生镰刀菌(Fusarium verticillioides)是该病病原菌之一。

Abstract:The occurrence of maize top rot was investigated in Hebei Proveince in recent years.The results showed that it was caused by complex infection of Fusarium spp.and bacteria,and Fusarium verticillioides was the main one.
