| 摘 要： | 我国高层建筑发展迅速,并向多功能的大空间发展。在高层建筑中经常遇到功能分区不同,底部需要大空间,上、中部高设施不同的大小开间和不同用途的楼房。这些都要求转换层,转换层的设计是整体计算的一个重要环节。

| Abstract: | It develops rapid high building in our country. It develops to multifunction and big space. The problem that function section is different often barges up against. Big space is needed in bottom of the building, there are many rooms which are of different purpose and specification in the building, so that it needs a transition floor. The design of transition floor is a importance part in the building design. |
