中小民营企业员工离职研究

摘    要:改革开放以来,我国中小民营经济迅猛发展,在国民经济中所占的比重不断增加,已经成为我国经济体制改革和国民经济发展的重要力量.但是,由于我国中小民营经济起步较晚,发展历程较短,很多方面尚不成熟,存在着一系列问题.尤其是中小民营企业大多缺乏科学有效的人力资源管理,由此导致员工离职率过高、人才流失严重,严重制约了我国中小民营企业的进一步发展壮大.结合我国中小民营企业人力资源现状,对中小民营企业员工离职现象进行研究分析并提出一些相应对策.

Abstract:Since the beginning of reform and opening up,the medium and small privately-owned enterprises in China have developed rapidly,increasing proportion in the national economy,become important strength of China's economic restructruring and in national economic development day by day.However,because the medium and small private economy starting relatively late and the development course is relatively short in China,a lot of respects are still unripe and a series of questions exist. Especially the medium and small privately-owned enterprises mostly lack the human resources management effectively and sciencely,therefore cause the staff leaves job and the phenomenon restrict the developing of the medium and small privately- owned enterprises in our country.This text regards the current situation about human resources of the medium and small privately-owned enterprises in our country,and has researched and analyzed this phenomenon about the medium and small privately-owned enterprises and got some corresponding countermeasures about it.
