摘    要:研究了转化酶、淀粉酶及过氧化物酶在低温下酶活性及过氧化物酶同工酶谱带的变化。结果表明:在低温胁迫下,种茎蔗苗叶片的酸性转化酶活性降低,淀粉酶和中性转化酶活性提高。且与甘蔗抗寒性有一定关系。但相关不显著,作为甘蔗抗寒性的鉴定指标还有待于进一步证实。研究还表明,低温胁迫下甘蔗体内还存在酶促防御系统,过氧化物酶活性提高及同工酶谱带数增加可能有利于防止膜脂的过氧化。同工酶谱中 PI-4、PI-5、PⅡ-1和 PⅡ-7的存在或在低温逆境下出现,可能可以作为甘蔗抗寒性的指标。

Abstract:Sandy culture experiment was carried out to study the change of the activities of invertase, amylase and peroxidase as well as the isoperoxidase bands after the low temperature treatment in seedcane. The results indicated that activities of both decreased invertase and increased neutral invertase and amylase under low temperature stress had relation with the cold resistance in tested varieties,however,using as indica- tors for cold resistance,they needed to be further studied because of low correlation coefficients.The study also showed that the enhanced peroxidase activity and the increased number of isoperoxidase bands in seed- ling were probably devoted to prevent the membrane lipoid from the peroxidation.It suggests that the pres- ence of some isoperoxidase bands,such as PⅠ-4,PⅠ-5,PⅡ-1 and PⅡ-7,under the normal condition or the cold stress,might be used as the indicators for cold resistance.
