森林资源可持续性评价系统的建立与实践

摘    要:森林资源可持续性评价是森林资源管理决策的重要依据,但是目前的手工操作方法存在着获取指标困难等问题。随着“数字林业”项目的发展,全国各地建立起了数据丰富的森林资源信息管理系统。如何从现有的森林资源数据库中获取指标进行自动化的评价计算还没有相关的研究。本文首先总结了森林资源可持续性评价方法,然后描述了森林资源数据库的一般模式,最后实现了一个直接从森林资源数据库中获取量化指标进行可持续性评价的系统。该系统利用ARC/INFO的ODE技术以及VB开发环境直接从森林资源数据库的图形数据和属性数据中获取量化指标,进行用户可控的评价计算,最后由系统对计算结果进行相应的分析,并且提供丰富的图形分析结果。

Abstract:The result of forest resource's sustainability assessment is an important ground for decisionmaking of forest management. At present, it's difficult to get indexes in assessment of forest resource's sustainability by handiwork. With the development of the project of digital forestry, there are a lot of information systems of forest resource in China. There is no production or research of automatic assessment at present. In this paper, firstly summarize the assessment method of forest resource's sustainability, secondly describe the common mode of forest information database, finally set up an assessment system of sustainability through straightly getting indexes from forest information database. The system can straightly get quantized indexes from the graphic and attributive data in forest resource's database by us of ODE technology in ARC/INFO and Visual Basic. The system can offer assessment calculation controlled by user. At last, the system can make corresponding analysis on the results and supply plenty of graphic analyzing results.
